Assignment # 2

When I picked up the Oprah Magazine I forshadowed that there where going to be many inspiration articles, and lots of how-to-do-it-yourself sections. I read a couple of atricles about women trying to find the right guy. One: What precautions should we take in dating? Two: when do we draw the line with them? and Three: When do we draw the line for ourselves? last but not least; Dr. Phils section What do men want?

Since the start of online dating services, surveys show that most men and women prefer to meet new people through the world wide web. There's been many cases of rape and murders following these situations. You know meeting people through myspace and ect...If you're into meeting people via online no problemo just be cautious! You don't know this young and handsome 25 year old guy with washboard abs is some fat smelly pervert looking for his need hop skip and jump. Always meet in a public area, if you're gonna take a walk ladies make sure that you take the lead; take paths where there are pedestrians. Im not saying to be all paranoid; watching every move he makes but just dont let your gaurd down ladies, anything can happen!

When it comes down to dating, you have to ask yourself; "what do I want?" or better yet, "what do I need?" Do you just want a fun fling, or are you looking for something serious? When you're on a date, what you want blocks what's actually there. Be open-minded, ask questions and listen. But don't go over-board "how many kids do you want? or What's in your hereditary back-ground?" that my ladies is just-not-right. Be honest, and most of all be comfortable with yourself and your date. Body language means everything, so make sure you  don't give a vibe that just simply screams "NYMPHO!!!" Unless of course you'd like to have a fun fling.

Nikkis World!

Hello everyone, on the record; I'm doing this for a credit in health class. So bear with me, please. My name is Janika, others like my teacher call me Nikki for short. I am a student at West Side High School. My heritage is; Puetro Rican, Cuban, and Russian. I love books, whenever I have the chance to read I take a stab out of it.I love taking long walks, I have a pit-bull named Luna. Shes all white with black and brendal spots. Shes a beauty. I love taking photos of whatever catches my eye.I have a thing for city lights and I usually find myself on lonely nights going to FDR just to watch the traffic lights just zoom by. I'm a very out-going person, funny, others say I'm blunt, I just say ::shruggs shoulders:: I keep it real. I do not strive for acceptance in my society in school or in my home. Based solely on the fact that I have already accepted myself as an individual. I have a passion for what I do, when I write when I speak. When I help people, and when I inspire; I am inspired.

I have a 2 year old nephew that I will die for, his name is Nathaniel. He is a bad-ass on roller blades and he is the brother I never had.

Thats All About Me, well a lil' something anywhoo.
p.S. DO NOT DELETE Nicole; at least wait until I can post it on my blog.
